Trail Essentials: For beginner and intermediate riders, you will develop sustainable body position and techniques, while learning the best drills to reinforce good habits.

Advanced Cornering: This course is for riders that have taken Trail Essentials and are comfortable and confident executing the skills taught in that class, including consistent footwork and a solid understanding of front-foot and back-foot turns. Must be an intermediate rider at a minimum.

WHAT RIDERS ARE SAYING ABOUT TRAIL ESSENTIALS
Really amazing course. Simon was fantastic. I’m an experienced cyclist (but new to MTB) and class exceeded my expectations in every way.
-John
Simon's an excellent teacher and great person. His class is the perfect balance between instruction, skill drill and immediate feedback. Really positive experience and worth the cost.
-Sarah
I made a last-minute decision on Thursday to join Trail Essentials and am so glad I did. … It helped me think about the kinesiology of bikes and bodies in a really different way and made me want to learn and practice more.
-Ian
I appreciate Simons humble demeanor. He was present and engaged with everyone. I plan on taking this class next year after I have a chance to practice.
-Aggie
The style of teaching (more academic and systems based) was really impactful for me. Having explanations of why things work (rather than just showing us how to do things) was memorable. The feedback that we got while doing the repetitions was also very customized and productive.
-Dani
Professional, knowledgeable, skilled and communicative instructors made me feel comfortable and welcomed to a sport I have just begun to explore. You guys are true ambassadors of mountain biking.
